Same Day Service applies to packages picked up during the morning pickup hours, from 8:00AM until 12:30PM. Packages that are picked up during the morning pickup hours will be delivered the same day during afternoon delivery hours, between 1:30PM and 5:30PM. If the package is picked up after 1:30PM, it will be delivered the next business day during the morning run.
All our clients have access to online service portal, which allows them to schedule pickup order, print package labels, track deliveries, manage private address book and review pickup history with details of all picked up packages.
Daily Stop Plan service is for companies sending local interoffice mail or frequent shippers. Whether you send shipments every day or just once every week, this plan might be right for you. You get the same benefits of the Same Day / Next Business Day service without having to schedule the stop. The following table illustrates example of 4 pre-planned stops which repeat every week:

When same day service is not fast enough, we will pick up and deliver your package within 5 hours, 3 hours, or 2 hours (or less) from the time you call in. Rush delivery rates are based on two factors: distance and service time.
